Jeff Levy has a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, graduating summa cum laude. He has a masters degree in clinical psychology from John F. Kennedy University in Orinda, CA. After completing the internship requirements, he was licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California in 1987.

From 1987 until 2001 he was engaged in full-time private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2001 he became licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina, relocated here, and started a private practice in Raleigh.

Since 2001 Jeff has specialized in helping individuals and couples recover from the painful experience of sexual addiction: on an indiviudal level to regain a sense of wholeness and well-being while enacting healthy sexuality and a healthy lifestyle; and on a couple level to rebuild trust and recover a sense of intimacy and caring connection.

Dr. Toni Rabinowitz is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. She specializes in couples counseling, covering a wide range of presenting problems, including work with addiction, codependency, and recovery issues. She has helped many partners and couples in the recovery process around sexual addiction.

Dr. Rabinowitz attended the University of Southern California where she earned both her Ph.D. and Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. She taught psychology and counseling courses at Antioch University. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both North Carolina, and California; and is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, the American Association for Family and Marriage Therapy, the American Psychological Association, and RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association. She was in private practice in Los Angeles for 20 years before relocating to Chapel Hill in 2007, at which time she began working with sexual addiction issues. She is offering her services in the Cary office location, and in Chapel Hill.
